Signature Events

The Meadowlands Chamber provides a variety of opportunities for our members to connect with other business members to build relationships that lead to meaningful opportunities. Annually, the Chamber hosts 25 signature events across a diversity of topics, each designed to attract targeted audiences that allow for great networking opportunities. Along with the networking, events also deliver important business intelligence with current and powerful content so you can be well informed. Using sponsorships to increase the visibility of your business and to reach targeted audiences can be an effective and low cost marketing strategy with our Annual Signature Events. Sponsorship visibility is a great way to build brand recognition and get in front of the Meadowlands business community and key business leaders, even when you are not able to be present. Our sponsorship packages are designed to fit a wide variety of budgets. Customized packages include effective print and digital marketing that spans the promotional stage leading up to the event, the event itself and post event that often includes media coverage. Monthly Networking Meetings

The Meadowlands Chamber’s Monthly Networking Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month from 8:00-10:00am. Members have the opportunity to connect with professionals over different networking formats; including: roundtable networking, open networking, speed networking and many more! Average attendance of 100+ includes a variety of executives and business owners. Our Monthly meetings are free and a benefit of Chamber membership. Sponsorship opportunities start as little as $200.

Eggs & Issues

The Eggs & Issues series has become the premier public policy forum in all of North Jersey. This series is focused on economic development and critical public affairs matters and brings together local, county, state and federal public officials and key business leaders to discuss pressing issues impacting the quality of life and business growth here in the Greater Meadowlands and NJ. Held quarterly, these events have an anticipated attendance of 100-150 and are an opportunity for the business community to have direct access to key officials and policymakers. Sponsorship opportunities start at $300. The full Series Presenting Sponsorship is a bundled package that provides a full year of key branding to this strategic audience. Series Presenting Sponsorships begin at $3000.00 for the year.

Leadership Awards Breakfast

Annually, the Chamber honors members and individuals who have been active and integral in advancing the Chamber’s mission and improving the greater community with the Arline Simpson Leadership Award. The award is named after the late Arline Simpson Seidman, a former Chairwoman of the Chamber whose dedication and leadership spanned a 25 year period. Prior to the awards program, attendees have the opportunity to engage with 200+ professionals from all size companies. This event is a great opportunity for visibility as we offer both sponsorships starting at $300 and advertising opportunities starting at $150.

Summits

The Chamber hosts an Annual Summit covering timely topics including: Transportation, Education, Healthcare, Disaster Preparedness and Business Continuity. Presented by successful business professionals who share expertise in the specific field of discussion, our summits are designed to enhance the knowledge base of our Chamber members, as well as the general public. Table sponsorships start $300.

Annual Golf Classic

Our Annual Golf Classic brings together 250+ business owners and senior executives for a day of golf and premium networking. Known for the quality of our “Tee Gift” and the impeccable hospitality, this event is a great way to reward key staff or clients. Enjoy a delicious brunch overlooking the golf course, sponsor a golf tee, relax by the pool and Tiki Bar or network at the spectacular cocktail reception – you do not have to be a golfer to attend – there is something for everyone here! In addition to sponsorships in a variety of price ranges, Chamber members can also promote their business at this event by donating raffle or door prizes.

Bergen Business Expo

Gain your best business exposure at our Bergen Business Expo! Held annually, this event is a premier platform for networking and a fabulous opportunity for businesses to showcase products & services to 700+ business professionals & consumers from all across the region! The event beings with a Keynoted Luncheon followed by the exhibit floor featuring varying spaces befitting everyone from the small-but-vital businesses, entertainment and hospitality companies to professional services and financial institutions. This is our largest event and a sell out every year! The event is promoted for many months making Sponsorship a maximum value opportunity. Packages can be bundled including visibility with exhibit space starting at $1,500.

Mdest Tourism Conference

Our Annual Tourism Conference is the premier event for our destination related businesses as we lead the efforts to build the Meadowlands region into a primary destination. Our Convention & Visitors Bureau now called “Meadowlands LIVE!” promotes member destination and hospitality businesses to meeting planners, event promoters and general visitors to our area. Mdest continues to reinforce the power of a growing destination related economy by presenting expert content along with educational sessions bringing together tourism industry professionals from around the state with local dignitaries and legislators to share best practices. Sponsorship opportunities range from $500 to $5,000.

Legacy Awards Reception

Our Legacy Awards Reception is our most prestigious networking opportunity of the year. Attended by more than 300 prominent senior executives and business leaders, this high-profile event serves to recognize our distinguished and deserving honorees for their contributions to the Meadowlands Chamber and the business community. The extended reception, held prior to the Awards Program, allows attendees to create business connections, develop new relationships and enjoy a fun evening of celebration with the region’s leading executives over exquisite food and cocktails. This event is also a great opportunity for visibility as we offer both sponsorships and advertising opportunities for those who are looking for additional exposure to this audience or are unable to attend in support of an honoree.

Thought Leaders Conference

Hosted by The Meadowlands 2040 Foundation Inc, our Thought Leaders Conference is an economic development “think tank” style event to discuss big picture issues that will affect the economy now through the year 2040. “C-Suite” level executives and public officials speak on topics aimed at enhancing the quality of work and life here in the Greater Meadowlands region: transportation & mobility solutions, economic development, healthcare, workforce and sustainability. The audience is comprised of 125-150 mid-Senior level executives & business owners across all industry sectors. Sponsorships start at $300.

Annual Meeting Luncheon

The Chamber’s Annual Meeting brings together a wide array of our membership to celebrate the Chamber’s accomplishments of the year, elect our Board of Advisors and announce the launch of new Chamber initiatives in the coming year. This is an opportunity for our members to network with 200+ professionals from all size companies including high profile decision makers and the Chamber’s Board. Keep your business informed of what is happening with the Chamber and hear what we have in store for the upcoming year. Presenting sponsorship available at $3,000. Holiday Networking Celebration

Kick off the holiday season with the Meadowlands Chamber to celebrate a successful business year! This event is the final opportunity for our members to create business connections before the New Year!
